THE ADVISORY PROCESS
A Structured Approach to Long-Term Wealth
Clarity over complexity. My work is guided by this single principle. I help you simplify high-stakes financial choices, design long-term strategies, and protect your family from unnecessary risk or confusion.
Financial strategy is not about selling products. It is about building a plan that protects your priorities and your family’s options.
This approach is designed for clients who value:
Structure and process over speed.
Absolute discretion.
Honest, unvarnished conversations.
Calm, well-informed decision-making.
THE FRAMEWORK
My advisory process is deliberate. We do not rush implementation; we prioritize understanding.
01. The Private Clarity Conversation
(20 to 30 Minutes | Confidential)
We begin with a confidential discussion to understand your goals, questions, and current financial landscape. This is not a sales call; it is a discovery session.
We will cover:
What you wish to protect, grow, or pass on.
The decisions you are delaying and why.
The risks you are actively carrying (often unnoticed).
Defining what "success" looks like over the next 1, 3, and 10 years.
The Outcome: Clear direction on next steps, even if we mutually decide not to proceed.
02. Strategy Mapping
Planning Direction & Priorities
If we choose to move forward, we map a strategy strictly based on your timeline and priorities.
This typically includes:
Liquidity: Cash flow management and priorities.
Defense: Protection gaps and claims readiness.
Growth: Investment risk alignment and time horizon.
Legacy: Estate and succession considerations (beneficiaries, ownership, documentation discipline).
Alignment: Coordination points with your lawyer, CPA, trust officer, or private banker.
The Outcome: A clear strategy outline and an action list, arranged by priority and urgency.
03. Implementation & Structure
Executed at Your Pace
Once you approve the direction, we put the plan into action. I will explain the trade-offs of each option in plain language, allowing us to decide based on your goals, not external pressure.
Depending on your needs, this may include:
Portfolio positioning and fund allocation review.
Insurance coverage structuring and beneficiary review.
Estate planning recommendations for discussion with legal counsel.
The Documentation Checklist: Accounts, policies, titles, key contacts, and an access plan.
04. Stewardship & Review
Ensuring the Plan Stays Current
Life changes, and your plan must adapt. Our review cadence depends on the complexity of your estate.
Semi-Annual Reviews: For stable situations.
Quarterly Reviews: For business owners, families in transition, or those actively building wealth.
Each review focuses on three things: What has changed? What decisions are needed now? What can be left alone?
CONFIDENTIALITY & COLLABORATION
Privacy is Non-Negotiable. Every conversation and document you share is treated with strict privacy. If you require added discretion, a formal non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be arranged prior to deep-dive discussions.
A Collaborative Approach. Wealth does not exist in a silo. Many of my clients work with trusted professionals such as lawyers, CPAs, trust officers, and private bankers.
I coordinate with your existing team so recommendations do not conflict, and execution is orderly.
If you do not have a team yet, I can refer you to vetted professionals based on your specific needs.
